Physical Damage Policy

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours if the item is in stock. Although we do not guarantee same-day shipping, we endeavor to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.

• Refunds are subject to bank fees: 3% for standard cards, 4% for EMI/AMEX, 5% for international cards. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days via the original payment method.

• Products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 5 PM are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, subject to external factors like weather, road conditions, or political issues.
